I love the Syllabus. I've been around for 6 months and watched and read a lot of stuff, it's easy to go down rabbit holes and not take any action steps with a random approach. The new structure is really good.
I also love the convenience of the podcast, which follows the syllabus, start at number one, try not to rush. So much more value in the reflecting, doing, discussing, revisiting (open loops and multi loop learning) - this is what the podcast is great for as well.
Show out to Dwayne and Jake for doing the editing and providing this great tool - really appreciate the podcast.
